Modernizing and improving the iconic modernist estate.

Challenge
To improve fire safety, performance and functionality whilst respecting the architectural integrity of the listed architecture.

Solution
We collaborated closely with fire engineers, sustainability consultants on engineering solutions whilst intensively consulting with heritage and conservation experts. All design proposals were grounded in a thorough understanding of the original design principles of the architects, and our aim was to enhance the existing architecture. Work included:

- Fire Door Replacement
- Funding Application for the Library Refurbishment
