Challenge
To provide and safeguard long-term space for arts, culture, and creative enterprise for a not-for-profit workspace provider.

Solution
We assess sites, often temporary locations or run-down and disused properties, and come up with flexible and creative design solutions to provide affordable workspaces. We try to incorporate the client's ethos of providing starter spaces and allowing tenants to grow and expand within their developments, hopefully one day sharing their know how and helping the next generation of starter creatives.
